    • How to Guide for Police Vetting Form
      • Police Vetting is the process of screening club committee members, officials and volunteers to ensure there are no convictions or concerns that should exclude them from interaction with children.
      • Mountfort Park Water Polo Club requires all coaches, managers, committee members, and anyone else involved with players to be Police Vetted.


  • CLUB TRANSFERS/LOANS
    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​NZWP Club Transfer or Loan Form
      • Transfer Process between Auckland clubs:
        • There are time restrictions on transferring players competing in Championship competitions. Clubs must ensure
          that these are complied with.
        • Player completes relevant fields of NZWP Club Transfer form and emails to the club they are transferring from.
        • The old club completes relevant fields and forwards to new club.
        • New club completes relevant fields of form and forwards to NZ Water Polo. ​​​​​​​
        • A ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Player Loan Application  must be completed and submitted to NZWP prior to the start of a National Championship (it is recommended to check with NZWP for any required timelines for loan related processing).
