    • How to Guide for Police Vetting Form
      • Police Vetting is the process of screening club committee members, officials and volunteers to ensure there are no convictions or concerns that should exclude them from interaction with children.
      • Mountfort Park Water Polo Club requires all coaches, managers, committee members, and anyone else involved with players to be Police Vetted.


  • CLUB TRANSFERS
    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​NZWP Club Transfer Form
      • Transfer Process between Auckland clubs:
        • 21 day stand down from competition starts from date signed off by the new club.
        • Player completes relevant fields of NZWP Club Transfer form and emails to the club they are transferring from.
        • The old club completes relevant fields and forwards to new club.
        • New club completes relevant fields of form and forwards to Auckland Water Polo. 
        • Auckland Water Polo completes relevant fields on form which completes the transfer process.  Auckland Water Polo forwards form to NZWP for their records within 7 days and copies both clubs involved into the email.​​​​​​​
      • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Transfer Process from outside Auckland region:
        • Same process, but no stand down applies.
